Our Current Focus

Our current focus is on new construction and turnkey (renovated) properties under 50 units in desirable, urban areas. We take a conservative, value investing approach to selecting properties that present as little hassle as possible. This means the properties are delivered vacant or at (near) market rents with no other known issues outstanding.

This Includes Distressed

This includes distressed multifamily properties, including properties that are financed with variable, floating-rate debt and are now priced well; pre-foreclosures (short sales or properties with a notice of delinquency); and foreclosures (bank owned / REO properties). The next few years are an amazing opportunity to acquire stable, evergreen income-producing properties at significantly discounted rates due to the rapidly changing interest rates in the early 2020s. We want as many people as possible to cash in on this chance of a lifetime.

Our Aim

We aim to include renovation-ready and value-add properties will also be listed. We essentially serve as matchmakers for these listings. Although we can provide ballpark estimates and legal templates, the purchasing team is responsible for further evaluating repair and construction costs and liable for performing due diligence. We are working on a more standardized procedure here so you can capture these opportunities more efficiently. ​
